Firearm Buying Policy

PURCHASING FIREARMS FROM Siberian Tactical, 

It is the customer’s responsibility to be in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws regarding the purchase and ownership of firearms. Siberian Tactical. follows all Federal, State and Local laws concerning the sale and transfer of all firearms.

Customers are required to set up an account to purchase from Siberian Tactical. During this process you must agree to the following statements:

  • I UNDERSTAND I MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE HANDGUNS/ AMMUNITION AND 18 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE LONG GUNS AND I AM NOT PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAW FROM RECEIVING FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION
  • I UNDERSTAND IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS REGARDING FIREARM TRANSFER/OWNERSHIP AND THE POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION
  • I UNDERSTAND THAT THE FIREARM(S) I HAVE PURCHASED WILL BE SHIPPED TO A LOCAL FFL TRANSFER DEALER AND MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE PURCHASER WITH VALID IDENTIFICATION
Note: Knowing and abiding by State and/or Local laws/restrictions prohibiting the possession/ownership of any item Siberian Tactical / Siberian Enterprises Inc., Inc. sells is the customer's responsibility. Any firearm ordered and then canceled will have a 25% surcharge prior to shipment and once shipped firearms can only be returned for warranty issues.
